If you’re buying this book, I can only imagine you’ve read Volume 1, Rage. I will quote some of my review from book one, as it is pertinent here.
Andrews has a unique artistic style in comics, almost cartoony, but dark as noir comics. The colors palette is limited to what he needs to show you an image, and brightness is just about thrown out the window in his studio. On occasion , he’s using two tones for multiple panels or pages. I can see how this might bother someone who’s used to seeing a multicolored piece of work, various colors being used to describe what this mythical/fantastic character’s worlds might look like, but if you give it time, I think you’ll like what Andrews has done here.
The cast is also limited, but you don’t need a big collection of characters to tell this story. The book builds on the past, and explores the cracks that could be perceived in the origin written years before. Andrews explores what might be Iron Fist’s motivations, his fears, and it makes for an interesting story. He really takes Fist on a journey here, and this book, volume two, will pick up right where volume one left off.
The book is full of action, surprises, and it’s unlike most books out right now. This series has not been my favorite take on Iron Fist, but it’s definitely worth a read. If you haven’t checked out the Brubaker/Fraction run, definitely do so, I think it’s the quintessential Iron Fist.

Iron Fist The Living Weapon Vol 2 Redemption eBook Kaare Andrews Reviews

This was a terribly disappointing purchase for me. The writer seems to have only been vaguely familiar with the main character. The story was confusing and the dialogue nonsensical. The Artwork looked like R. Crumb trying to draw manga while on a bad acid trip.
Great item fast shipping
Amazing artwork and a compelling storyline. Skip Iron Fist on Netflix, read this and Rage instead.
excellent
Great book, great seller
words can't describe how much I love this run. so underrated I don't see anyone talking about this series though which is a shame. I still saying that the Brubaker/Fraction/Aja run is the essential Iron Fist run but you should definitely give this a shot you might like it. I hope the netflix show gets inspiration from this.
That is really the whole point of this series in a way, learning to let go of your past. The vile composite villain of this story can't let go, and by the end almost destroys the world. At the start Danny couldn't let go, and he was totally miserable. I suppose that's almost the point of Andrews run on this book, that rage blinds you to the present and makes the future impossible.
I must say, I really did like Brenda, even though she and Danny were separated for more of the book than they were together. I was actually upset at her resolution here, even though I called the reveal I thought it would turn out happier. But then again, that's the nature of rage as Danny said it's the weapon that cuts both ways. Also I dug the monk girl and her baby Dragon, and I really want a book of her and Danny hanging out. Once again the art is really good this volume, and I must say I would just love a plaster of any of these covers.
